Recruit

Recruit (from the French recrue, from the verb recroƮtre 'to grow again', i.e. replenish the ranks) can refer to:
- the procress of regrowth of a forest (e.g. "recruitment of old growth forest")
- a recently enlisted member of a military or paramilitary corps, still in training (antonym of veteran), as in :
