Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems, or C.E.S.A.R (which is an abbreviation for its corresponding Portuguese name), is a Brazilian Research, Development and Innovation institute located in the state of Pernambuco. Founded in 1996, C.E.S.A.R currently has more than 600 employees, and is the most important component of Porto Digital.
