Rebordosa

Rebordosa (pron. IPA: [ʁɨbuɾ'dɔzɐ]) is a city in the Douro region of Portugal which forms part of the municipality of Paredes. It is approximately 20km east of the city of Porto. It has an area of 11.17 km² and a population of 10,813 (as of 2001). It was designated as a town in 1984 and a city in 2002.

Rebordosa occupies a place at the centre of the Portuguese furniture making industry. The Professional Woodwork & Furniture Industry Training Centre (Centro de Formação Profissional das Indústrias da Madeira e Mobiliário or CFPIMM) is located in Rebordosa, as are a multitude of furniture outlets and factories.
