Rebecca Kaplan (full name Rebecca Montalcini) is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. The character was portrayed by veteran actress Millie Perkins from June 28, 2006 to late August 2006. After Perkins was let go, the role was taken over by Lorna Raver, who made her on-screen debut on September 19. Raver remains on recurring status with the show.

Rebecca entered the Genoa City canvas after long-standing character Brad Carlton (Don Diamont) was revealed to have legally changed his name twenty years ago. Brad's real name was George Kaplan and he had assumed the identity of a friend who was killed by Nazis. Rebecca was revealed to be Brad/George's mother, who had been put in a concentration camp.
