Rebecca Balding

Rebecca Balding (born on September 21, 1955) is an American actress who was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is married to television producer Jon Pare.
She has a long list of film and television credits to her name. She is best known for her role as Elise Rothman on Charmed, and for her role as Carol David on Soap. Balding also appeared in a first season episode of Charmed (The Fourth Sister) as Aviva's Aunt Jackie, and played Corky Crandall in the 1970s sitcom Makin' It. She also played reporter Carla Madigan during the first three episodes of the 1970s-80s drama Lou Grant, before her character was written out.
