Razi University is a research institution and university of engineering and science in Iran (Persia), offering both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Located in western Iran, in the capital city of the province of Kermanshah.
The university is named after the famed scientist Rhazes. It was established in 1972 as The College of Sciences. The University today has 5 Colleges with 610 hectares on 5 campuses. The university also operates The Qasr-e-Shirin Center for Higher Education (مجتمع عالي آموزشي قصر شيرين) as well.
