We need to find out what he was charged with - the Sinn Fein bio says "Raymond was tried and convicted in March 1977, of attempting to kill Brits, possession of a Garand rifle and ammunition, and IRA membership. He received a fourteen-year sentence, and lesser concurrent sentences, after refusing to recognise the court." Not an NPOV source, it would be good to find out what it actually was.
