The Raystown Branch Juniata River is the largest and longest tributary of the Juniata River in south west/south central Pennsylvania in the United States.

The Raystown Branch Juniata River is born in the Allegheny Mountains of Somerset County and flows approximately 118 miles (190 km) to the confluence with the Juniata River near Huntingdon.
