Ray Sawyer (born February 1, 1937) is a singer from Chicksaw, Alabama, United States, who was one of the lead vocalists for the American 1970s rock band, Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show through most of their career.

His first hit single was "Rockin' Satellite", released in 1960 on the Sandy Records record label, in Mobile.
