Rainer Gustavo "Ray" Olmedo (born May 31, 1981 in Maracay, Aragua State, Venezuela) is a Major League Baseball shortstop who played for the Cincinnati Reds from 2003 to 2006. and now plays for the Toronto Blue Jays. He is a switch-hitter batter and throws right-handed.

In 171 games Olmedo has batted .230 (81-352), with 25 RBI, 39 runs, 12 doubles, two triple and six stolen bases.
