Ray Downey (born September 23, 1968 in Halifax County, Nova Scotia) was a Canadian boxer, who won a light middleweight mronze medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics. In 1990 he gained silver at the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
Downey turned pro in 1994 and had limited success. He retired in 2000 with a pro record of 16-2-1.
