Rawghlie Clement Stanford (August 2, 1879–December 15, 1963) was the 9th governor of Arizona and served from 1937 to 1939. Born in Buffalo Gap, Texas, he was a lawyer and served as Justice of the Arizona State Supreme Court after his governorship in 1943. He later became Chief Justice of the Arizona State Supreme Court in 1953.
Stanford died in 1963.
