Rawcliffe is a village and civil parish in the city of York district of North Yorkshire, England. It lies on the A19, about three miles north-west of York between Skelton and Clifton Without.

According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 5407. Prior to 1996 it had been part of the Ryedale district.
