Raven Cliff Falls

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article refers to Raven Cliff Falls in South Carolina; for the Georgia falls, see Raven Cliff Falls (Georgia).

Raven Cliff Falls is the tallest waterfall in South Carolina. Found on Matthews Creek in Caesars Head State Park, the waterfall is typically described as having a 400 foot drop. However, topographic maps don't agree with this figure and the height is probably between 320 and 350 feet. [1] Nevertheless, even at this lower height, Raven Cliff Falls remains the tallest waterfall in South Carolina. It is located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
