Rauma is a municipality in the county of Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The municipality is located along the river Rauma, which flows through the valley Romsdal.

The coat-of-arms is from modern times (1983). The three points represent the three mountains of Vengetindane, Trolltindane and Romsdalshorn - all lying in the municipality.

Rauma is frequently visited by tourists, especially due to the major sights Trollveggen in Romsdalen, and the Trollstigen road to Geiranger.
