Rasputin Music

Rasputin Music is a chain of new and used CD, DVD, LP and video stores. They have a cult-like fan base, and sell many rare albums and videos. The store was founded as "Rasputin Records" in 1971 in Berkeley, California. There are currently seven locations around the Bay Area: Berkeley, Campbell, Newark, Pleasant Hill, San Francisco, San Lorenzo, and Vallejo. Rasputin's acquired the leases of 4 former Tower Records locations: one in the East Bay city of Concord, where the Pleasant Hill store will be relocated, one in Mountain View, and two in the Central Valley cities of Fresno and Stockton. These stores are scheduled to open in 2007.
