Syed Rashid Ali (born January 1, 1975) is a Danish cricketer. He played for Denmark in the 2005 ICC Trophy, as well as the C&G trophy of the same year.

Ali is an opening batsman, sometimes sharing an opening stint with players such as Frederik Klokker or Baljit Singh. During one ICC Trophy warm-up match in June 2005, he scored a half-century against a strong Omani attack.
