Rasayani is located in Raigad district in Maharashtra, India. The population of the village is about 30,000. It lies on Mumbai Pune National Highway (NH-4).Nearest Town and Rail Head is Karjat.

It is basically an industrial town. Companies situated in Rasayani include Reliance, Cipla, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd, Siyaram, Santogen etc.

The Karnala Bird sanctuary is located about 12 KM from Rasayani.
