Raphael Drives 'em Wild is a 1990 (season 4) episode of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series. This episode of the show was written by Misty Taggart.

On his way home with the pizzas to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles New York City sewer hangout, an undercover Raphael takes a taxi. Inside the taxi, someone has forgotten a "Personality Transmogrifier". This device switches the minds of the two living organisms that get zapped by it. The taxi crashes and the device goes off. Raphael's mind gets switched with the taxi driver's. The taxi driver's name is Oscar.

The "Personality Transmogrifier" was accidentally left in the cab by "Little Huey", one of "Mr. Big's" thugs. Mr. Big had sent Little Huey to steal the device so he could use it on the premier of the fictional country Vadeem, and Little Huey. With their minds are switched, Little Huey wanted to have the premier sign over the valuable oil leases to him.

When Mr. Big finds out that Little Huey lost the Transmogrifier, they both go out to search for it.

Meanwhile, the other TMNT arre startled when what they believe is another man. Donatello, Leonardo and Michaelangelo believe it is an intruder, and jumps on him and punches him down to the floor. While watching the Channel 6 News, they learn that a "Personality Transmogrifier" was stolen from the "Meridian Vine Instititue". The professor on the TV says that once if this device activates, it will become unstable and explode. Donatello, Leonardo and Michaelangelo now realize that another person thinks he is Raphael. The four set out to the Institute to find the blue prints for the "Personality Transmogrifier", so that Donatello can deactivate it.

Mr. Big and Little Huey find the cab that Little Huey was in. They get in and discover that the "Personality Transmogrifier" is still there. Now that they have it back, Mr. Big and Little Huey tell the driver to take them to Pier 53, where the Premier will be.

April O'Neil is driving the news van on her way to interview the Premier of Vadeem, she sees what she believes is Raphael driving the taxi that Mr. Big and Little Huey are in. April tries to talk to him, but the taxi driver doesn't know why she calls him Raphael. April senses that something wrong, and contacts the TMNT. The TMNT tell her that they're on their way and ask her to follow the taxi. Later, the taxi arrives at Pier 53 and Mr. Big and Little Huey kidnap the Premier of Vadeem. Mr. Big and Little Huey then tell the taxi driver to drive them to Mr. Big's hideout.

Now the chase begins. April is still following the taxi and informs the TMNT of their whereabouts. The TMNT drive in the Turtle Van in an attempt to cut Mr. Big and Little Huey. The police, driving police car, are also chasing Little Huey. They all meet at the same time at an intersection. The taxi and the Turtle Van collide, which causes the "Personality Transmogrifier" to go off. Seconds later, Raphael and the cab driver are returned to themselves. Raphael tell the other TMNT that he lost control of the Turtle Van, and now they realize that it was Raphael with a human body, not a human thinking he was Raphael.

The police arrest Mr. Big and Little Huey. April gets an interview with the Premier of Vadeem aboard a ship, the taxi driver gets a medal by the New York City mayor (a fictional mayor) for saving the Premier of Vadeem. The TMNT return home to the sewers.
