Rap Phenomenon is a mixtape produced by DJ Vlad and Dirty Harry released in 2003 as the first in the series of Phenomenon mixtapes. The album has total of 50 tracks which are remixes, blends, freestyles and never before heard songs by The Notorious B.I.G.

Notable artists featured on the mixtape include 50 Cent, Big L, Michael Jackson and 2Pac. A sequel called Rap Phenomenon II focusing on 2Pac was realeased later the same year.
