Raouf Hannachi

Raouf Hannachi is a Tunisian born former resident of Canada.[1] Hannachi returned to Tunis in October 2001. He claims he was subjected to torture there.[2] He was previously detained by the United States government at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in [[Cuba].
