Controversial material of any kind that is unsourced or poorly sourced must be removed immediately, especially if potentially libelous. Sure, but could you post that photo, perhaps here on the talk page, or on Flickr, with some sort of free use or Creative Commons license, or add a copyright notation to your site that staff photos are CC-BY. If I grab a photo off your site without documented permission, the copyright enforcement team will take it down. We can't be sure that the above comment is actually you.
