[edit] Prospectus

Prior to joining the school, new students are issued a prospectus giving them a detailed description of Range High School and what it has to offer ranging from subjects to extra curricular activities. A copy of the current prospectus can be found on the school's website.[1]

[edit] Specialist School Status

Range High School received Specialist school status in Mathematics and Computing in 2005 following large fundraising activities involving parents, local businesses and The Ogdan Trust. Upon gaining specialist status, a grant was provided to the school by the Government allowing investment in new technology and to change the building work, making what was formally a Geography department into a state-of-the-art IT suite with Interactive whiteboards now in operation in the majority of classrooms within the school.
