Randall Richard Stumpfhauser (b. January 27, 1977 in Fresno, California USA) is an American professional "New/Current School" Bicycle Motocross (BMX) racer whose prime competitive years are from 1998 to the present. He is sometimes called "Stumpdog"[1]or "Stumpy"[2], all are plays on his last name.
