Randy Oglesby

Randy Oglesby is an actor, best known for his role as Degra on Star Trek: Enterprise. He played the Miradorn twins, Ah-Kel and Ro-Kel in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Vortex" and Silaran Prin in "The Darkness and the Light".
He played Professor Seidel in the Angel episode "Supersymmetry".
