From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Randy Hales is a former wrestling promoter and on-screen manager. He has managed wrestlers, PG-13 and Macho Warrior Ric Hogan. He played a major part in the United States Wrestling Association. He was also a part of Power Pro Wrestling, a short lived promotion which lasted from 1998 to 2001. Power Pro Wrestling was once a developmental territory for the WWE until it met it's demise. During a broadcast in October, 1999, Doug Gilbert gave a shoot interview in which he accused Jerry Lawler of nepotism by having his son Brian Christopher hold numerous titles. He also accused Hales of smoking crack during the broadcast and ended his tirade with, "...I'm Doug Gilbert, and Jerry Lawler raped a thirteen year old girl!"[1]
