Randy Gill is an R&B singer, songwriter, and producer best known for his dedication to the continued prominence of R&B music and as a member of the successful mid 1990's R&B group II D Extreme, which includes the members D'Extra Wiley, Jermaine Mickey, and (as of 1998) rapper Sage Lee.

Randy, along with his brothers Bobby, Jeff, and legendary R&B balladeer Johnny Gill, began his career singing in a family gospel group called "Wings of Faith". This youthful experience prepared him for his future in the entertainment industry. Randy has written as well as performed with a variety of artists, including Teddy Pendergrass, Usher, Shai, and, of course, his brother Johnny Gill.

Randy has appeared on Soul Train, Arsenio Hall, BET, and other prominent television and radio shows. Randy, along with his brother Johnny Gill entertained American troops in Bosnia, Kosovo, and Macedonia with the USO Tour. According to Randy, this was a special experience for him, “to see the troops gathered together with smiles on their faces....grateful for our music so far away from home and loved ones...It was truly worthwhile”.

Currently, Randy is wrapping up a solo recording project as well as a soon-to-be-released CD by the group, II D Extreme. To listen to a preview of two songs from his solo project, go to http://www.myspace.com/gillology. "Ready 4 Me" is a sensuous romantic ballad about that first time experience where Randy promises "bathing, touching, tasting, anything you like." Marry Me is a heartfelt romantic ballad that will prove to be a popular "proposal" song with lyrics like "I can't wait to see your face, when I'm down on bended knee asking will you marry me." Additionally, he is the host of the BBRBR Listening Party, a monthly song review radio program designed to help Bring Back R&B Radio.
