[edit] Modern photo?

I suspect this is a modern photo (post 1984 restoration) of the Ranch, the greyscales makes it look like a digital photo. Also look at the then and now comparison on http://www.randomuseless.info/vacation/trinitytan/trinitytan.html the restoration makes it look too tidy.

I think it was made black and white to fit in with the rest of the historical images on the source website.
