'Fra Ramon Perellos de Rocaful was the Grand Master of the Order of St. John between 1697 and 1720. During his grandmastership the coastal fortifications of Malta where stiffened by the construction of batteries, redoubts, and entrenchements.

His funerary monument is found in the Co-Cathedral of St. John, Valletta. is considered to be one of the best interpreration of Baroque art in Malta.
