Ramón Morales Higuera (born October 10, 1975 in La Piedad, Michoacán) is a Mexican football player, currently playing for Chivas de Guadalajara as their captain, and midfielder.

Morales made his professional debut in the Primera División de México in 1995, playing for Rayados de Monterrey in a 0-0 draw match, against UAG Tecos. He made his international debut for the Mexican national team in July 12, 2001, playing against Brazil. He is regarded as Mexico's most outstanding and skillful attacking left midfielders, with explosive speed, dribbling, fast attacking playing abilities and a powerful left foot. Morales played with the Mexican squad at the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea-Japan, were he appeared in four matches. He also played four games in the 2005 Confederations Cup, in Germany and five games in Mexico's qualification matches for the 2006 World Cup. Morales played in three matches in the 2006 FIFA World Cup. "Ramoncito" has become a vital part of the Chivas attacks with his great playing skills and his talented left foot.

On December 27, 2006 Ramon Morales was appointed as Chivas' new captain for the 2007 season following the departure of ex-Chiva Oswaldo Sanchez to Santos Laguna.

He is the older brother of Carlos Morales, who plays for Club Toluca.
