Ramón Julián Puigblanque (also known as Ramonet, which means little Ramón) is a Spanish rock climber. He was born on 9 November 1981. Ramonet is accomplished on real rock as well as on plastic (i.e., indoor competitions).

On 8 March 2003, he made the first ascent (FA) of La Rambla Direct (otherwise known as La Rambla original or La Rambla extension) in Siurana, Spain. This sport route is an accepted 9a+/5.15a, as of 2005 the hardest confirmed grade for climbing. (See Realization.) He finished the route which had been started by Alex Huber in 1994. Huber's part of the route was graded 8c+/5.14c.

He was also the first climber ever to onsight two 8c/5.14b on September 2006 (though he was followed very shortly after by Patxi Usobiaga), and he has now onsighted two more 8c/5.14b's.
