Ramón González Valencia

Ramón González Valencia (Born in Chitagá, 1851-Died in Pamplona, 1928) was a Colombian conservative military officer and politician. Participated in the civil wars of 1876, 1895 and the Thousand Days War (1899-1902).
Interim President of Colombia from August 3, 1909 to August 7, 1910 to replace president Rafael Reyes. González-Valencia had been his Vice president for the period between 1904-1910 but only served until 1905 when president Reyes departed into exile and the government was taken over by General Jorge Holguín.
