Ralph Phillips is a fictional Looney Tunes character who first appeared in the short subject From A to Z-z-z-z (October 16, 1954). In this cartoon, Ralph daydreams about all kinds of things like Indians. The Indian scene was actually edited because of some Indian stereotypes and some violence. From A to Z-z-z-z was nominated for an Academy Award. Ralph appeared in further Looney Tunes episodes, as well as in recent issues of the DC Comics Looney Tunes comic book.

Ralph Phillips was also featured as an older Army recruit.

Ralph Phillips was voiced by child actor Dick Beals.
