Ralph Luker

Ralph Luker (Dr. Ralph E. Luker) is an American historian, teacher, and the author of several books about the American Civil Rights Movement. Dr. Luker is the editor of the Vernon Johns Papers and the founder of the Cliopatria history group blog hosted by George Mason University on its History News Network.
