Rakeysh Mehra also has a culinary interest - the famous Bauji ka Dhaba in a Gurgaon mall and in The Garden of the Five Senses, New Delhi. At the latter, unlike at a real dhaba, not only are the traditional welcoming glasses of water not plonked on the table when you sit down but they make you buy water, make you pay before you eat, serve expensive lassi in really small glasses, have no arrangement for washing hands, and the service is lousy.
