Movement and Action for Social Services (MASS) is a non-profitable social organization, whose objectives include, in brief, to cooperate for the development of human being at National and International level. The devotion and overall material of MASS is based on the ideas, ideology and views of Shri Rajeev Kumar, who was born at New Delhi on November 25, 1975. Shri Rajeev Kumar is an educationist, socialist and philosopher. According to Shri Rajeev Kumar, “In the whole universe, every living object has a close symbiotic relationship with other. Human being is the only species object, whish is not only responsible for himself/herself but also for the other species of the universe. For centuries, we have been divided in different religions, castes and creeds and we have been exploiting our own brothers and sisters, The racial discrimination in the world and the caste system in our own country are the visible examples where the “sudras” and “adivasis” have been exploited in the past. This needs special attention of policy makers and administrators, even this system is allegedly continued during the modern Era. Such incidents of exploitation occur also against old persons, handicapped persons, females, which are often highlighted by the media also. This is an issue of grave concern. We should not put persons one after one but we should put them together with shoulders to shoulders to bring them in main stream of our society. In our all educational institutions, besides the curriculum of knowledge based contained in the prescribed syllabus, we should now give proper attention to moral and human education starting from primary level, to rule out any change of form or nature. In the recent past, going astray of some “GURU JI” from morality is a subject of deep concern. The students should follow discipline and grow keeping in mind the environment of their schools /institutions, peer group, family environment and social environment so that the future of the country is safe in the hands of such responsible generations. MASS is fully devoted to the positive development of the community. Almost, all the countries are adopting capitalism during the current period; our country is also delegating its responsibility to M.N.Cs .The privatization is spreading very fast particularly in our country. In the process we are likely to compromise our national security as well. According to my thoughts, the capitalism can not provide balanced and accepted richness to the society. I would like to give an example in this connection from geography so that one can understand the difference between exploitation and socialism. The capitalism is like a big mountain, where top of the hill becomes visible from reasonable distance and it attracts the people. But, there is no importance of the slopes of the hill. The slopes and other objects of the mountain are very ordinary in comparison to the top of the mountain. Where the socialism is like a plateau, where top is plain and its minor slopes are indicator towards development. It is the geographical truth that except little capitalism, no one can stay on the top of hill for longer period and the capitalists may also stand on top for limited period, till they do not fall down due to the circumstantial changes, or strong capitalists may push others downwards. On the other hand, a large number of persons may stand/stay on plateau and the possibility of competition is also minimal in such cases. Therefore, there should be a feeling of “US” instead of “I” among the community, where there should not be any difference between the Employers and Employees. We should work out such a system for all partners. Instead of any kind of exploitation, the administrators should behave in friendly manner and in turn, the subordinates should work with full skills and dedication in the interest of the public and institution/company as partners. It is also relevant to ensure that the human development is involved in the nature of work of all persons/partners. The Movement and Action for Social Services (MASS) is strongly favor in the positive use of Information Technology. In view of above, I appeal the MASS family members to work hard for the public, leaving behind the personal interests, if any. The social change is dependent on social service and social service is creative nature of social changes in the community. Therefore social service with any interest is the key of social change in public life. I therefore, request the MASS family members be devote and dedicate our lives for the social service of the public. With this, we will get the peace of mind, the love of public at large and that is the gift for us and MASS”.
