Rajai Davis (born October 19, 1980 in Norwich, Connecticut) is currently a right fielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He had been in the Pirate's minor league system since 2002. He was a switch hitter until before the 2004 season when he became a full time right-handed hitter. He finally made it to the big leagues on August 14, 2006. He frequently participates in games of Ping Pong with the youth (such as Brandon Fulton and Charlie Maryeski) in his area of residence in Southeastern Connecticut.
