Raja Nadir Pervez is a Pakistani politician, MP, and former Army officer. He was a minister in the Nawaz Sharif government during the 1990s. He is the brother of the General Tariq Pervez. In a 1999 conversation (with Taimur Khan), he was described by General Tikka Khan, the Pakistani commander in the Rann of Kutch battles in the spring of 1965, as a "brave and courageous soldier." General Tikka Khan recalled how Nadir Pervez captured an Indian patrol while on a reconnaissance mission during the clashes.

It is widely acknowledged by Western, Pakistani and even by Indian analysts that the Pakistan Army got the better of the Indians at the Rann of Kutch clashes. Pakistan was able to capture some land in the region from the Indians and the outcome of these clashes elated the Pakistan army. The dispute was later resolved by arbitration.

He was later court martialed and was sentenced to death but was later acquitted. He joined the Pakistan Muslim League N and is now a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan.
