[edit] Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. [edit] Re : How to show Copyrighted Images with Permission

Hi Raintaster,

I saw your post at the Help Desk. You can find the list of Image Copyright Tags here. If permission is given by the owners for Wikipedia use only and nowhere else, use {{permission}}. If permission is extended to everyone as long as attribution is given, use {{Attribution}}.

[edit] Two Answers

Hello, You can view only IP edits using either WP:CDVF (I recommend this) or WP:LAVT. If you sign in on a computer which has a banned IP address, your username will automatically be temporarily blocked (an "autoblock") and you will need administrator assistance to remove this block. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me! Happy editing, Where (talk) 17:48, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Also, if you want more information about RC patrolling in general, you can go to WP:CVU and WP:CUV. Where (talk) 22:29, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your VandalProof Application

Dear Raintaster,

Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact with the new 1.1 version release it has even more power. As such we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that for security reasons, VandalProof's creator requires it's users to have made 250 edits to articles, which you have not.. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again in the not too distant future. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. - Glen TC (Stollery) 08:09, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
