[edit] Buh?

Apparantly mustard is an important part of the dish, yet it isn't listed in the recipe, and if cucumber isn't authentic, why is it in this (mustardless) recipe?

[edit] Tzatziki

what is the relationship of this with tzatziki? the article says 'compare with' but offers no insight into whether they are related somehow. Justinhoude 20:22, 22 December 2005 (UTC) REPLY: I will fix VarunRajendran

[edit] What do you do with it?

If this is a condiment, is it placed on other food? I love to eat raita, but I don't know how it is meant to be eaten (or how it is usually eaten).

You can spoon it on to any dry, solid food such as naan bread, papadums or tandoori chicken, or dip them in it. --Heron 20:30, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
