Raivis Belohvoščiks

Raivis Belohvoščiks (born 21 January 1976) is a Latvian professional road bicycle racer that specializes in individual time trial events. He is five-time Latvian national champion. In October, 2006 he signed 2 year contract with UCI Pro Tour team Saunier Duval-Prodir.
