RainMaker Software, Inc. is a software company that provides financial management, practice management, business intelligence and enterprise portal integration to mid-to-large sized law firms in the United States, Canada and Latin America. The company is headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, with another office in Richardson, Texas. RainMaker Software was formed in 2002 when ASA Legal Systems acquired Computrac.
