From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rahim Oberholtzer was a game show contestant on Twenty One in 2000.

In his four wins and bonus games, Oberholtzer won $1,120,000, which broke the previous single player winnings record held by John Carpenter, who won $1 million on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

A few weeks later, Oberholtzer's record was broken on Greed by Curtis Warren, who added $1 million to his previous show winnings, giving him $1,410,000 in cash.

Oberholtzer ranks eighth on the all-time winnings list. He was since passed for the spot above him by Carpenter, who won $125,000 during the Millionaire tournament of champions.
