This image, Image:Rahxephon1.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (GunnarRene) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

the image identifies the titular mecha of the show and was intended by the copyright holders to do so;
the image is presented in lower resolution, though in my opinion this should be irrelevant in a fair use claim for promotional material (unlike for screenshots of films and TV shows);
it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted works being promoted (DVDs, books, etc.).
