This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (GunnarRene) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. the image serves to identify the episode in question: the conversation depicted is one of the central conversations in the plot. Also reflects the moood of the episode.
2. the screenshot is presented in lower resolution;
3. it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
