the article includes comment on character pictured;
the screenshot is presented in lower resolution;
one image is re-used in more than one article, reducing proportion of reproduction;
one image is used to identify several characters, reducing proportion of reproduction;
it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
