the image identifies the titular mecha, two characters, and the logo of the show;
the image is presented in lower resolution, precluding its use for making fake DVD covers;
it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (GunnarRene) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

the image identifies helps show how the designs differ between the ADV and Media Factory DVD releases.;
the image is presented in lower resolution, precluding its use for making fake DVD covers;
only one of the DVD covers from each region are used, reducing proportion of reproduction;
it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
