Rags Morales is a comic book artist. He is a graduate of the Joe Kubert School, his most recent work has been on DC Comics' Hawkman and Identity Crisis. Morales is the cocreator of the 1990s version of Black Condor, along with Brian Augustyn. He is among the few who recently worked on Countdown to Infinite Crisis, a universe shattering event for DC Comics.
