Needs to be balanced. Corruption allegations are fine, but they should not be the substance of the article. --Sesel 21:04, 18 Feb 2005 (UTC)
I agree. In the latter case, it has been reported that Callejas appropriated 280,000,000 L. [edit] Statement in Spanish

[edit] Allegations
There are other allegations that need to be removed. The allegation of 200,00 identities of deceased people being used is not backed by any evidence. The fact is that when Mr Callejas ran for President in the year the articles alleges 200K deceased people voted, the opposing party was in power and controlling the issuance of honduran voting documents and identities. Even if the claim is proven, there should be an additional step required, that would to prove that these votes were used towards Mr Callejas, if any logic would say that it was the opposite Wikihonduras 12:56, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Visa Issue
The article in its part related to 2006 Visa issue lacks neutrality. It mentions that Mr Callejas had his US entry Visa revoked..."although he was not charged with any offense". 1) The US has no authorithy or jurisdiction to charge a Honduran citizen that doesn't break any US Law, thus a US charge is not relevant 2) The US as a overeign state, can allow of disallow any foreign visitor to enter US soil. The government is not required to pose any proof. The fact is that when any foreign citizen applies for a visa, it does so under the assumption that it may be denied or revoked at any time without any explanation. That is why people are required to go to interview. The State Deparment officer conducting the itnerview can make a personal call. If he or she believes that the person applying for a Visa migh in the future break US Law, by staying in the US beyond the allowed time. Therefore denying a visa under the presumption of the person may committ a crime, withouth charging him/her of it. Wikihonduras
