Rafael Osuna

Rafael Herrera Osuna (September 15, 1938 – June 6, 1969), was a Mexican tennis player. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico and is best remembered for his victory at the U.S. Championships in 1963.

He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1979.
